LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE "@JUST5STARS" GIVEAWAY

1. Giveaway Organization The Instagram profile @just5stars (hereinafter, "the Organizer") is organizing a free giveaway aimed at Instagram users, in accordance with the requirements and conditions detailed in these terms.

2. Territorial Scope and Nature of the Giveaway The giveaway is valid only for participants who reside and have a shipping address in Spain (Peninsula only). Shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and international shipments are excluded. Participation is free.

3. Start and End Dates The giveaway will begin on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 4:00 PM and will end on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Spanish peninsular time). Entries outside this period will not be considered.

4. Participation Requirements and Mechanics To participate, users must strictly follow these steps on Instagram:

  • Follow the @just5stars account.

  • "Like" the official giveaway post.

  • Mention (tag) another real business, store, or entrepreneur profile in the comments.

  • (Optional): Sharing the post on Instagram Stories and mentioning @just5stars will grant a double entry. Private accounts must send a screenshot via Direct Message for it to be counted.

Comments tagging fake accounts, celebrities, or profiles created exclusively for giveaways will not be accepted. Each comment with a different tag will count as an extra entry.

5. Prizes 5 physical posters with NFC technology and a QR code, designed to capture Google reviews or Instagram followers, will be raffled off.

  • There will be a total of 5 winners. Each winner will receive 1 poster.

  • The poster design will be the Organizer's standard model (without the winner's logo).

  • The poster will be internally configured to link directly to the Google or Instagram profile specified by the winner.

  • The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other product or service. Shipping costs to the Peninsula are included.

6. Winner Selection The selection of the 5 winners (and 5 alternates) will be made randomly through a certified giveaway platform (such as AppSorteos or similar) on Tuesday, March 17, 2026.

7. Communication and Delivery Winners will be announced via @just5stars Instagram Stories on the day of the draw and will be contacted via Direct Message. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of communication, does not meet the requirements (e.g., address outside the Peninsula), or rejects the prize, it will pass to the first alternate, and so on.

8. Privacy and Data Protection The personal data provided by the winners (name, surname, postal address, and business link) will be used solely and exclusively for the management of this giveaway and the shipment of the prize, and will be deleted once the process is completed.

9. Instagram (Meta) Disclaimer This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated in any way with Instagram. Participants release Instagram from all liability arising from this giveaway.

10. Acceptance of Terms Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these legal terms. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway due to force majeure, with due notice on its Instagram profile.
